Do you offer a warranty?

We certainly do, we provide a one year replacement warranty from the purchase date. 

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 30 day return period from date of purchase with no questions asked. If for any reason you are not happy with your ring, simply contact us and mail the item back. Money will be refunded to either the credit card the item was purchased with, Paypal or bank deposit.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes! if you find the size you purchased doesn't fit right or you have a change of heart when it comes to the style, mail the ring back and send an email. As long as the item is still in brand new condition exchanges will be honoured. The exchange procedure is as follows:

1 Contact us and let us know you would like an exchange.
2 Mail the item\s back to the return address and if you would like express return postage include a self addressed express postage envelope, otherwise we cover the return postage.
3 Your item will arrive as soon as humanly possible!
